Big Guns tubing conveyed perforating (TCP) Log Swab and Shoot Unit has proven to be a very useful and cost effective tool. The LSS unit allows the client to save on standby costs by providing an all-in-one package. The LSS unit also proves handy in multi-well applications; allowing for specific stimulation program planning after the wells have been completed and tubing is already run in hole.

Husky Energy, South Alberta and Saskatchewan District have had the opportunity to use the Big Guns Log/Swab/TCP Unit to complete some of our gas wells. We have saved approximately $5000 to $7000 / well on wells in the 900m to 1300m range. These savings are on a single well basis, greater savings are predicted on upcoming project work.
