Turbine Flowmeter
Our feature service is the revolutionary turbine flowmeter, the most advanced technology available for measuring gas flow in low velocity, low pressure gas wells - virtually. Now you can evaluate your well without having to use expensive production equipment.
No matter where you are you'll always get your data home. Installed on the wellhead, the turbine flowmeter provides accurate, timely information from the well site, updated hourly by Global Star Satellite. Customers can easily access their information through a secure login feature.
Real Time Solar Powered Meter
From the comfort of your office or mobile vehicle, wherever you have a computer, you can access real time data on your well. Big Gun's Real Time Solar Powered meter ensures the turbine flowmeter has the power needed to transmit data and get the job done - reliable and maintenance free.
Programmable Shut-in Tool
Big Gun's Electronic Shut-In Tool has a proven track record, making it one of the few electronic shut-in tools that operate reliably on a consistent basis. This innovative tool can be seated in most completion string landing nipples with standard lock mandrels, permitting the downhole shut-in of a well.
Our testing includes operating the tool reliably at the tool's extreme specifications - including cycling the tool open and close (20x) at 300°F (150°C), with 10,000 PSI (68,950 Kpa). In over 100 field tests, Big Gun's electronic shut-in tool performs at over 93% success ratio. Now those are results you can count on!

PVT Sampling
PVT sampling is a single-phase application that collects a sample downhole in the wells normal state. The sample is then brought to the surface and transferred to a bottom hole cylinder where it is transported to the lab of your choice for PVT analyst.

PVT effects on viscosity and density must be understood to develop density and hydraulics programs. Downhole pressure makes the base oil more viscous and dense, whereas temperature has the opposite effect. Brines for downhole use also requires an understanding of PVT behavior.
Well Surface Sampling
Big Guns can provide a wide range of surface sampling procedures to test gas and liquids from the gas formation to properly assess the parameters of the well site. Samples are collected according to rigid lab specifications and sent to a certified laboratory for analysis.
