Advantages of the Bridge Plug:
- Compact design.
- Three-element pack off design ensures reliable sealing at high pressures and temperature.
- Double acting slips securely anchor the Bridge Plug against pressure differentials from above or below.
- Accurate setting depth.
- Differential pressure rating of 10,000 PSI.
- Unique valve design equalizes pressure differential
- Retrieving Head is latched onto the plug (A Feature that is especially advantageous when retrieving the WR on endless tubing).
- Straight on and straight pull to release.
Quality Control Guaranteed!
All WR Bridge Plugs have been PRE-TESTED with our unique pressure testing process prior to field application - saving you time and money! Why take a chance on bridge plugs that are not pretested only to find out in the field that they don't work.
Guaranteed - Plugs will work the first time, every time.
How the WR Bridge Plug Works:
- The WR bridge plug is installed using a standard Baker wireline pressure setting assembly and can also be run and set on tubing or endless tubing.
- The plug is retrieved with a WR retrieving tool using Big Gun's e-line or slickline services (Note: When using the tool on endless tubing, a safety sub must be used)
- Lower the retrieving tool onto the plug while circulating any sand or other debris off the plug.
- This will cause the valve to open allowing the pressure to equalize.
- With continued downward movement the retrieving head will latch onto the plug (Note: Upward movement will release the plug).
- To disconnect the retrieving head from the plug turn the tool to the right 8-10 rotations while holding the slight amount of tension.
